    This mentorship is designed for women and feminine bodied persons who want to reconnect to their sensuality, sexuality and increase self-esteem in the process of building a richer and deeper capacity for pleasure, both inside and outside of the bedroom.

    After going through this mentorship you will leave with practices for life that increase your confidence, support you to feel deeply connected to your body, remind you of how sacred being feminine is, and that allow you to embody pleasure through improved sexual health and wellbeing.

  • Week 1-4

    Learn how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system, harness sexual energy, embody healthy boundaries and come home in your physical body. Develop an understanding of what Feminine and Masculine energy is, what your own personal blueprint looks like and how to balance this in order to live in alignment with your Self, and in relationship to others including romantic and platonic partnerships.

    Week 5-8

    Receive an entirely new holistic sex education that addresses the full nature of a feminine bodied persons unique sexuality, including the seven different ways to have a female orgasm, the difference between orgasm and orgasmic sensation, understanding your anatomy of arousal, and how to increase your pleasure potential when solo or partnered.

    Week 9-12

    You will learn how to build emotional resiliency and cultivate energetic flow particularly in times when you are feeling down, low energy, or are stuck in the mind. You will learn the power of the female breast, how this links to the feminine aspects of the energetic heart, and how to use Toaist practices to release what no longer serves you at the heart space.

6 Month | Self-Love Mentorship
Reclaim your Authentic Sensual Self

  • This mentorship is a deep dive into the embodied world of somatic sexuality and feminine embodied healing. You will experience new connections to pleasure and receive a new holistic sex education including learning body confidence, increased self-esteem, understanding your anatomy of arousal and personal erotic blueprint to pleasure, as well as diving deeply into transformative self-led bodywork.

    Self-led bodywork enables you to take your healing and sexual well-being into your own hands for increased vitality, radiance, pleasure and magnetism. When a feminine bodied person is in her magnetism she is able to tap into her abundance and receive with ease.

    By being led through rich and complex embodiment practices that allow you to re-pattern your central nervous system, upgrade your seven feminine energy centres, and leave behind what no longer serves you, it is possible to clear, heal, release shame, guilt, and embody sexual confidence, and live a turned on life day-to-day.

  • Week 1-4

    Week 9-12

    You will learn how to build emotional resiliency and cultivate energetic flow particularly in times when you are feeling down, low energy or are stuck in the mind. You will learn the power of the female breast, how this links to the feminine aspects of the energetic heart, and how to use Toaist practices to release what no longer serves you at the heart space.

    Week 13-16

    Experience a 21 day reset of self-pleasure practices designed to deepen your connection to self, enhance your sexual magnetism and radiance and increase your vitality and pleasure. During this portion of the mentorship Cara is with you every step of the way for questions and guidance, as you start to understand the deeper habitual patterns that show up in the bedroom and in your own rich inner world. This is where break throughs happen and new healthy patterns are given space to emerge.

    Week 17-20

    Learn self-led body work practices including jade egg practices for releasing body stress from the pelvis and introducing new sensation and pleasure, while learning the benefits of strengthening the pelvic muscles. Learn the benefits of pelvic mapping and how this can awaken new pleasure pathways, as well as getting an introduction into cervix de-armouring and the powerful link between cervical orgasms and the heart.

    Week 21-24

    Integration of each of the embodied practices learnt throughout the mentorship including energetic rose mediation and alignment practices, understanding how to increase and further harness sexual energy for inward healing, develop Breathwork techniques for solo and partnered pleasure. Understand and integrate Self-love and Self-pleasure practices for Self-Sex-Actulisation.

Align Your Cycles

  • 4 Week Online Course


    Did you know that women have four distinct cycles that they oscillate between every month to varying degrees and duration? Each cycle is distinct and offers certain enhanced mental, emotional, creative, expressive and physical capabilities.

    For example, did you know that you are more capable of dropping into meditation during your Reflective cycle? (approx day 1-7), or that you are more likely to stick to new habits and regular exercise during your Dynamic cycle? (approx day 7-13), and that communication becomes less effective during your Creative cycle (approx day 21-28)?

    By understanding each of the capabilities you naturally receive in each distinct cycle, you can forecast and match your natural energies with the tasks you need to achieve. As well as finding greater success and ease in your day-to-day life, relationships, work, home-life, and in many cases you can minimise the symptoms that cause physical and psychological discomfort and dis-ease.

    Note; if you are peri-menopausal or menopausal you still have your four distinct cycles that you can work with.

    Week 2 | Map your Four Distinct Cycles to your personal routine, to enhance your capabilities week to week and live in alignment

    Week 3 | Understand the Power of the Breasts. Understand how the breasts are crucial in creating ease in the body during transitionary cycles

    Week 4 | Meet your Ovarian Energy, use this to release what no longer serves you in the body and tap into their creative potential
